Eventually, you will be given two allies, who are actually Fallen members. Simply continue in the direction you were facing at the start of the quest and continue to follow your objective(s). In High Plain Blues, you will be taken to the middle of nowhere in the Tangled Shore. Once you've completed the quest, visit the Gunsmith to obtain the 'Cayde's Will' exotic quest, then to Ikora and Zavala to unlock the High Plain Blues mission. Later, you are introduced to Scorn enemies if you haven't faced them before.
This mission is a fairly straightforward fight against Fallen, Cabal, and Hive. The first quest step is Last Call, where you will join in Cayde and Petra in quelling a prision riot.
